What this website collects
This website has no forms, no accounts and no tracking cookies. It does not store anything you type or send.
Messages you send us
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we use your message only to reply and, if you ask to join, to consider your request. We do not share it outside the committee.
Event bookings
Bookings are made through TryBooking, which handles your details under its own privacy policy. We use the attendee list only to run the event.
Photos and videos
We take photos and video at events to share with members and on YouTube; consent to this is part of our TryBooking booking terms. We do not publish identifiable photos of children without a parent’s consent. To ask for a photo or video to be removed, email us and we will act promptly.
